How much does AI integration cost?
It depends on the process and the software that needs connecting. We give you the exact price after the first consultation; it is final and includes all taxes. If you want a detailed review with a written plan, choosing an IT solution costs 196 €, and that amount is credited toward the rollout.
We’re a small company. Do we need this?
Usually yes: in a small team every hour spent on routine work is noticeable. We start with one task, such as invoices or stock, and you see straight away how much time it saves.
Will we have to change our software?
Usually not. We connect AI to what you already use: spreadsheets, email, messaging apps, CRM, accounting software. If a program can’t be connected, we suggest a simple workaround or a replacement.
Will AI replace our accountant or lawyer?
No. AI takes away the routine: it reads documents, fills in templates, cross‑checks and reminds. Advice, review and signatures still come from your accountant and lawyer; they just have less busywork.
Where is our data stored?
In your own accounts and in services we agree with you in advance. Where possible, we choose storage in the EU. We process data only on your instructions and sign a data processing agreement.
How long does the launch take?
It depends on the task and how many programs need connecting. We state the launch time for the first process in the plan, together with the price.
