What it runs on and what we need from you

Calendar

Bookings are stored in a booking service: Altegio, Fresha or your own website with booking. You pay the service's subscription directly, with no markup from us. If you don't have a service yet, we'll pick the best-value one.

What we need from you

A list of services with durations and prices, your staff and their schedules, your address and cancellation rules. If you already have a client database, we'll move it over.

Timeline and scope

Launch within 10 business days, WhatsApp takes longer because of Meta verification. Prices are for 1 location, up to 5 staff members and 30 services. For larger businesses we quote separately.

What we measure after a month

The share of bookings made without a phone call. How many clients didn't show up before and after reminders. How many bookings came in during evenings and weekends, when you're not answering. If you're on a support plan, we send you a short report once a month.

Usually that's five different vendors. With us, it's one system.

Service prices are taken from their websites as of October 2026, on the cheapest plans; Altegio on its cheapest plan, from 27 € per month excluding VAT. IT support is based on the basic package of an IT company in Novi Sad: up to 5 computers, 2 hours of work and 1 on-site visit per month. Dollar prices converted at the NBS rate: 1 $ ≈ 0.89 €. SVOJ IT prices are final and include all taxes. Prices of all foreign services, including Altegio, include 20 % VAT (PDV), which is charged when you pay for them. The IT Support ×2 promo is for the first 5 companies until 31 Dec 2026.
