How to choose a package

Receptionist voiceStandard voice in Basic, a choice of voices in Comfort, a premium voice in Super Smart.
AI modelThe basic model is enough for services and booking. Stock and answers from files need a more powerful one, which comes with Super Smart.
Minutes and numberThe number and IP telephony are already included: Serbian or from any other country. A toll-free 0800 number is included in Comfort and Super Smart, and costs extra in Basic. How many minutes you need depends on your call volume: 300 on promo, 1 000 or 1 500.
Extra integrationsInventory, CRM, messaging apps, your own databases and files. These determine the setup price.

An average call lasts 2–3 minutes. An extra minute costs about the same as a minute inside your package. If you regularly run out, we'll work out what's cheaper for you: paying for extra minutes or moving up to the next package, which also adds features. We give you the exact setup price after the free first visit.

Which services can it connect to?

Any service with an API: Altegio, Fresha and other booking systems, CRM, inventory, calendars, messaging apps and your own databases.

Will the client know they're talking to an AI?

Yes, we don't hide it. At the start of the call the AI receptionist introduces itself, for example: "Hello, this is the salon's AI receptionist." If the client wants to talk to a person, it transfers the call to you.

What if the AI doesn't know the answer?

It answers only from your price list, services and files. Whatever it doesn't know, it passes on to you: it transfers the call or promises a callback and sends you a short summary of the conversation.

What does the monthly fee include?

Everything it needs to work: call minutes, the receptionist voice, the AI model, the number and IP telephony, recording storage (in Comfort and Super Smart) and hours for script edits. You don't have to pay any third-party services separately.

What happens if I run out of minutes?

The AI receptionist keeps answering. Extra minutes cost 0.34 € in Basic, 0.38 € in Comfort and 0.47 € in Super Smart, about the same as a minute inside the package. If it keeps happening, we'll work out whether a bigger package is better value.

Do I need a new number?

The number is already included in the price: we'll connect a Serbian landline or mobile number, or a number from another country if you have clients abroad. A toll-free 0800 number is included in Comfort and Super Smart, and costs 38 € per month in Basic. If you want to keep your own number, we'll forward calls to the AI receptionist when you're busy.
