The price for our work is final, all taxes included. You pay for equipment separately, at the supplier's price: we'll pick what fits your needs and budget.

FAQ
Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. Live video and recordings open in the app. You can give access to several people with different permissions: for example, the manager sees only the sales floor, while the owner sees all cameras and doors.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Recording continues on the on-site recorder, and the footage becomes available in the app once the connection is back. Locks work locally: cards and codes open the doors even without internet.
Can you connect cameras that are already installed?
Often, yes: cameras that support ONVIF or RTSP can be connected to a new recorder and the app. We'll check during the free first visit.
Do I have to tell staff and guests about the cameras?
Yes. Cameras must be marked with signs, and staff must be informed. We'll put up the signs and help you prepare the notice. For a legal review, it's best to consult a lawyer.
How do I revoke access for an employee who has left?
In the app, in one click. Their card, key fob or code stops opening doors immediately, while their entry history stays in the log.
Who maintains the system after installation?
We do. Cameras and doors are covered by IT support together with your computers, cash register and Wi‑Fi. Without a support plan, on-site visits and work are charged according to the price list.
