How we count time

Remote

Billed in 15-minute increments. We solve many tasks without coming over: settings, software, access.

On-site

On-site work is billed in 30-minute increments. Travel within Novi Sad doesn't count toward your hours. Outside the city, 0.43 €/km one way.

Beyond the limit

For support clients, 20 € for an on-site visit with an hour of work. Without support, it's 39 €. We always agree on extra work with you first.

No subscription, one-off jobs

On-site visit 9 €, hour of work 30 €, outside the city 0.43 €/km. The first visit is free and lasts up to an hour: we look at your hardware and processes and give you a list of jobs with prices. Outside the city, you only pay for travel on the first visit.

FAQ

What if nothing breaks during the month?

We use the time for maintenance: updates, checking backups and access. On the promo plan, unused hours also roll over to the next month.

Can you do it remotely, without coming over?

Yes. We handle most software, access and settings tasks remotely, which is faster for you.

What happens after the promo?

After 6 months, the plan switches to regular IT Support: 57 € per month, 2 hours of work and 1 on-site visit. You can cancel or change plans at any time.

Do you work with flat-rate sole traders (paušalci) and DOO?

Yes, we invoice flat-rate sole traders (paušalci), entrepreneurs and DOO (limited companies).
